For nearly three weeks, Nice lives to the rhythm of its Carnival: daytime and illuminated night parades on Place Masséna, and the famous flower battles on the Promenade des Anglais. The city centre is partly closed to traffic: Seven Drivers knows the access routes and drops you close to the stands.
